Job Summary
For assigned accounts, partners with the primary WWAM to develop commercial strategy with varying levels of complexity for international opportunities. Identifies opportunities for international growth and executes appropriate sales strategies. Develops supply chain solutions for customers and coordinates global implementation. Provides consultative support to other sales professionals on international selling issues.
Duties/Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree/equivalent and three (3) years of business-to-business sales experience required. Ability to travel overnight as required.
Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Gaithersburg MD any MD address.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

- Ability to utilize technical and quantitative tools to correctly identify international opportunities.
- Understands the customer’s decision-making and buying processes.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer’s business and leverage emerging technology and FedEx internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
- Focused on the customer’s international shipping needs and cost initiatives with customer engagement aligned to those initiatives.
- Strong business acumen skills, project mgmt. skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
- Understands the international shipping needs of large businesses.
- Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
