Job Description
Workforce Management Analyst job is responsible for managing and improving workforce effectiveness of the IT Infrastructure organization. The role will involve budgeting and forecasting of workforce for information technology organization. Help with building workforce management models to match the specific needs of the organization. Assist with improving processes and increase efficiency by recommending relevant and necessary changes. Accurate and efficient with very good organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize tasks simultaneously in high pressure environment. Ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Analytical Skills – Analyze historical data to utilize for future forecasting and scheduling.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Good Communication skills- ability to work with different teams and offer feedback and suggestions.
  • Build short term/long term volume forecasts, staffing schedules, analyze market forecasts and variables to optimize the fit between needs and resources requirements.
  • Technical knowledge- should be able to use software programs and tools to manage the data sets.
  • Critical thinking – should help determine areas of focus for the teams; what are the trends in the market, where we have gaps.
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Reporting/Planning – provide regular reporting to leaders and run various analysis. Trend reporting.
  • Workforce data collection and data management – Maintain, track current and approved data. Ability to manage large volume of data from various sources (like spro/Workday/vendors). Ability to track the progress for every open role for RTB/CTB/Strategic efforts with minimal oversight.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify reasons for growth or reduction opportunities.
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
  • Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Career Level
7IC
Base Pay Range: $78,000/yr. - $130,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
