We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Admin to join our team. This in-office position requires exceptional Excel skills, a strong understanding of inventory management, a keen fashion sense, and proficiency in analysis and reporting. The Wholesale Admin will play a vital role in our wholesale operations by assisting with Purchase orders,sourcing products from our factories in China, curating assortments for our wholesale team, and providing valuable insights through data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure seamless stock availability for wholesale operations.
2. Sourcing and Procurement: Collaborate with factories in China to source products, negotiate pricing, and monitor production timelines.
3. Assortment Building: Create compelling and marketable assortments based on fashion trends, customer demands, and wholesale team requirements.
4. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
5. Analytical Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to management and the wholesale team.
6. Order Processing: Facilitate the order fulfillment process, including order entry, invoicing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
7. Communication: Liaise with the wholesale team, factories, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues, provide updates, and ensure smooth operations.
8. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inventory, sourcing activities, sales performance, and analytical reports for future reference.
9. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights to identify potential opportunities and optimize assortment strategies.
10. Administrative Support: Assist the wholesale team with general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Excel: Exceptional knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools, to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
2. Inventory Management Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, including stock control, order fulfillment, and demand forecasting.
3. Fashion Sense: Demonstrated understanding and passion for fashion trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
4. Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proven ability to perform data analysis, interpret results, and generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to drive decision-making.
5. Strong Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough with an ability to maintain accuracy and integrity in data management, inventory control, and reporting.
6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, both domestically and internationally.
8. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving, identifying areas for improvement, and taking initiative to implement solutions.
9. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
10. Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business administration, supply chain management, fashion merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
