Job Purpose: A Wholesale Intern is responsible for managing all sample communication and send out processes between retailer’s photoshoot coordinators. They will work alongside the Wholesale team to help assist in various projects and activities, including copy, market preparation and prospecting new accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate new projects such as completing personalized look books for all Majors Accounts
• Manage heavy email activity and handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy
• Ensuring all buyer’s needs have been meet by filling out copy templates for all accounts with EAN codes, pricing, composition, and any other required information
• Executing the efficient organization of the sample send out process
• Help in all preparation and take down of each market season
• Working collaboratively with other departments
• Responsible for assisting all Account Executives with a range of administrative tasks such as adding imagery to sales reports, creating linesheets and compiling new account presentations
• Supports Customer Service Team by assisting with day-to-day tasks including reviewing each season’s order details for discrepancies, adding images to EMS reports, and following up on RA tracking and receipts
