About The Role
Strategy Collective is looking for an experienced Website Project Manager to oversee the website project management of our agency clients’ entire website-building process from inception to launch.
You will partner closely with our clients (C-suite and leadership teams) to understand their expectations and vision for their website and manage the timeline, key milestones, and deliverables to the client.
You will also interface with Strategy Collective leadership, account strategists, and many agency partners within our growing team of marketing professionals. This position will work closely with our consulting, web development, creative, copywriting, and SEO teams to successfully execute website project plans and delivery timelines.
The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about marketing and website project management and has a strong background in website project management, project management tools, optimizing workflows, resource management, budget management, and more.
Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will:

• Manage complex web projects from inception and planning through development and launch
• Manage quality assurance technical checklists, design reviews, site launch coordination, etc.) to ensure quality before clients review
• Develop and own all website project timelines, including project kickoffs and stakeholder reviews, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brief in accordance with goals
• Continuously evaluate and communicate the status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, and manage expectations as needed
• Prepare client status meeting agendas and provide support to the account strategist during client meetings
• Maintain optimal utilization of internal project team members and accurately identify and communicate when contract or full-time staff augmentation is necessary
• Define the scope of the website project in collaboration with other key stakeholders
• Keep relevant stakeholders up to date on project progress
• Support a project environment that encourages fluid cross-functional collaboration, alignment, and momentum
• Lead internal and external meetings with necessary stakeholders, make sure the project team understands their next steps, and assign action items to meet the required deadlines
• Outline project tasks and delegate to appropriate team members within our project management tool (ClickUp)
• Proactively share ideas, opportunities for improvement, and project workflow optimizations with leadership
• Brief creative teams for developing content/design assets as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and effectively escalate issues as needed while understanding the impact on the overall project
• Adaptability, proven analytical skills, and strategic problem-solving expertise
• Incredible attention to detail so that nothing slips through the cracks
• An understanding of quality assurance/control (QA/QC) and project acceptance protocols 
• 3+ years of experience, specifically in website project management, with a proven track record of managing digital projects in a creative and web development agency
• Excellent communication skills that provide concise, clear direction and enable collaboration between project stakeholders
• Organized self-starter and independent worker with the ability to organize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and collaborate with remote workers and third-party contractors, client teams, and freelancers
• Ability to build relationships quickly using candid and frequent communication so that you can hold teammates to a timeline and truly lead the project forward
• Available for occasional light travel 2-3x/year for in-person client or agency strategy sessions
• People-first mentality, working collaboratively with the broader team and teams across the organization
• Highly comfortable in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines and adhering to budgets

The Ideal Candidate in this Role Also Has…

• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts and strategy
• Technical/website development experience (understanding of HubSpot CMS, WordPress, programming languages, website hosting, etc.) and the ability to support our development team as needed
• Experience with ClickUp project management software
• Digital PMP or related certification
• Multi-site CMS environments
• Healthcare marketing experience
