We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in the redesign of the Automated System for the Office of the Inspector General (ASOIG). As a Project Manager, You Will
Guide Agile Excellence: Oversee the redesign of the benefits fraud, waste, and abuse case management application, employing industry-standard Agile practices. Leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies to establish efficient project organizations and methodologies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, effectively bridging the gap between technical and business objectives. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you relay project progress to both clients and IT teams.
Strategic Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, meticulously documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans. Your proactive approach ensures the resolution of challenges and the continuous advancement of project goals.
Team Leadership: Employ feature-driven Agile methodologies to lead the project team, ensuring that development progress aligns seamlessly with project timelines. Conduct regular status meetings and provide weekly updates to keep everyone informed and aligned.
Technical Expertise: Grasp and communicate intricate technical designs, implementations, and complex business processes. Your ability to comprehend and convey these intricacies is essential for the project's success.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment of objectives.

Qualifications
8+ years of Project Management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations
8+ years of Project Management experience within the State of Texas or similar Federal/State environments
8+ years of Development experience
5+ years of State of Texas Project Delivery Framework experience
4+ years of PMP Certification
3+ years of Agile (Scrum) experience
2+ years of Salesforce experience
1+ years of State Procurement and Contracting experience
1+ years of Jira experience
