Solar Project Manager And Analyst (Remote)

As a Solar Project Manager and Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in project management, providing vital analytical support and ensuring efficient planning, monitoring, and control of project activities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor risks to project budgets and schedules.
• Consolidate project schedule data from multiple sources into a single master schedule.
• Support project controls processes for renewable capital projects, including budgeting, expenditure control, and variance reporting.
• Assist in developing and customizing project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project Professional.
• Support project budget analysis and control through budget status reports and cost variance analysis.
• Manage project metadata in Microsoft Project Online.
• Assist project managers in schedule analysis and control, including forensic analysis and earned value analysis.

Requirements:

• Construction of Master-Subproject Schedule Relationships.
• Work independently with limited supervision, while actively engaging as needed to achieve objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Project or Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and knowledge of relevant technical systems.
• Preferred certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or similar.
• Proficient use of resources and cost-loaded schedules.
• Experience in wind and solar project development, design, and/or construction is required.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and regions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project scheduling and project cost controls.
• Ability to conduct forensic schedule analysis using dynamic CPM schedule models.
• Travel may be required, ranging from 10% to 25%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and Project Web App (PWA).
• Experience with Project Schedule Development using Critical Path Method.
• Proficient user of SAP to analyze, export, and report cost and accounting data.
