Responsibilities and Duties:

• Additional responsibilities as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and always safe.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with carriers, vendors, customers, and staff across the company.
• Maintain excellent receiving and inventory control records for tracking and accurate audits.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of physical inventories for finished goods and customer returns inventories.
• Perform inventory transfers between as established on internal processes.
• Test, clean, and re-pack good products as needed.
• Maintain monthly productivity reports or as needed.
• Physically remove s/n and logos on scrapped products and prepare for recycling.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Logistics, Tech Support, Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting as required.
• Inspection, sort, process, and put away finished goods and customer returns.
• Maintain physical inventory organized at all times.
• Handle efficiently and accurately the day-to-day receiving activity of the company’s finished goods inventory and non-inventory materials and supplies.

Job Requirements:

• Committed to managing problems through resolution and I can do it attitude.
• Able to follow directions – review and suggest improvements to current processes and willing to take on additional duties.
• Excellent experience performing accurate transactions using an ERP system.
• Experience maintaining excellent inventory counts and overall physical inventory.
• Experience operating standup reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts is a plus.
• Willing to learn and support other areas of the warehouse operation as needed.
• Willing to work flexible schedules and occasionally overtime as needed.
• Able to lift, push, and move items up to 50 lbs. following proper lifting techniques and utilizing the help of tools and equipment and team members.
• Detail-oriented but able to work in a fast-paced environment as needed.
• Dependable and coachable with excellent personal and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP and WMS experience is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Average PC skills (MS Office package).
• Preferred Bilingual English – Spanish, English – Mandarin is a plus.
• Self-starter and team player with the ability to work independently without supervision.

Work Schedule:

• Work schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break
• Food and drinks, except water, are prohibited in the warehouse.
• Cell phone and wrist phone use in the warehouse are not allowed.
• A locker is provided to keep cell phones, wrist phones, and personal items.
• Company phones are available for emergencies and reasonable personal use.
• As a safety measure, cell phones and wrist phones can be used out of the work area during breaks and break lunches.

Physical Demands:

• Common office activities.
• Must be able to perform work safely without harming oneself or others.
• Sitting in a chair at a designated workstation while performing assigned duties.

• Standard office environment requiring regular interaction with office-based personnel, external clients, and other external business personnel. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation: $18/hr - $20/hr - DOE
