Responsibilities and Duties:

• Accurately complete all required paperwork to ensure the product is ready to ship in a timely manner and meets customer requirements.
• Maintaining excellent records for shipping tracking and orderly filing of all documentation.
• Performing required administrative tasks and preparing all required reports.
• Following all safety guidelines and ensuring the assigned area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Pick items for orders, Scan, Pack, and ship via UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL, USPS, and LTL for domestic and international customers.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
• Efficiently assist other departments with questions pertaining to tracking, packaging, shipping, and customer returns.
• Ensuring that proper products are shipped with the correct order.
• Effective written and oral communication with vendors, customers, and staff across the company.
• Assist in loading/unloading LTL shipments.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
• Assisting in maintaining an organized physical inventory at all times.
• Resolve shipping issues quickly with carriers and customs for international shipments.
• Participating in the preparation and execution of physical inventories for finished goods and RMA.
• Pack and process interdepartmental shipping requests.
• Assisting in maintaining company safety and housekeeping standards in assigned areas

Job Requirement:

• Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours periods.
• Experience with UPS Worldship, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL, and USPS to accurately process domestic and international shipments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Committed to managing problems through resolution and an “I can do it” attitude.
• Detail-oriented but able to work in a fast-paced environment as needed.
• Average PC skills (Microsoft Office package)
• Self-starter and team player with the ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. following proper safety lifting techniques.
• Dependable and coachable with excellent personal and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of required paperwork for international shipments
• SAP and WMS experience is a plus
• Bilingual English – Spanish, English – Chinese is a plus.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating standup reach trucks and sit-down forklifts.
• Willing to work flexible schedules and occasional overtime as needed.

Work Location: In person - 100% onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour - DOE

• 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
