Warehouse Associate Jobs

Overview
Provide hands-on support as needed to assist Warehouse team.
Responsibilities

• Occasional Cold Chain handling and shipping
• Pulling and kitting of Raw Materials, including issuances in ERP system
• Conduct routine Cycle Counts of RM and Finished Goods as directed by Warehouse Manager
• Repackaging operations for Finished Good devices, including printing of barcoded product labeling
• Pull, pack and ship Finished Goods via FedEx or other common carriers, Domestic and International
• Assist in preparing palletized shipments to various destinations
• Distribute packages received via common carrier to the appropriate department in the company
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, receiving direction from multiple layers of supervision
• Computer skills – Working knowledge of computers including knowledge of an ERP System; QAD experience preferred
• Ability to work independently, making key decisions to support the department
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to write routine reports and correspondence and effectively communicate with all levels of management

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Experience

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, receiving direction from multiple layers of supervision
• Previous use of barcode labeling software; Label Matrix software experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to write routine reports and correspondence and effectively communicate with all levels of management
• Ability to operate a walk-behind forklift
• Ability to work independently, making key decisions to support the department
• 2+ years in similar role (medical device company experience preferred)
• Previous medical device industry highly preferred; other relevant experience will be considered
