Warehouse Manager Jobs

• Ensuring the office is maintained in good working order; creating work orders as needed and following up until complete, small maintenance tasks, purchase and maintain sufficient stock of office and kitchen supplies, site security lead, and visitor management.
• Management of lettered fleet vehicles through the implementation of improvement projects focused on documentation management (vehicle registration and insurance), vehicle maintenance, vehicle monitoring tools, toll transponders, and parking placard renewal.
• Ensuring the continuous optimization of the warehouse through the implementation of improvement
  projects focused on the efficiency of receiving, tracking, and storing materials as well as returns and repairs. Optimize the flow of goods in and out, and tailor the strategies between the warehouse and front lines to ensure delivery timelines are met for all projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Outlook, Excel and Teams
• Mindset to quickly learn the SE Commercial Offer for products and applications
• Excellent relationship and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self‐motivated
• 2‐ 3 years prior similar experience
• Possess knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, and production/order requirements
• Good knowledge of an ERP system
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer relation skills
• Passionate for digital tools, Innovation mindset, and change management aptitude
• Customer First Orientation through a consulting approach and mindset
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles will be considered a plus.
• Having worked in warehouse logistics will be considered a plus
• Experienced in problem resolution
