LaSalle Network is partnering with a respected North American medical device manufacturer and distributor that has been in business for over 40 years. They are in need of a Director of Finance to join their team on a hybrid basis.

Director of Finance Responsibilities:

• Participate in integration and accounting for newly acquired businesses
• Manage, train and develop financial analyst
• Work with the leaders of the business to analyze variances in their department cost centers and lead the annual departmental budget process
• Analyze certain relevant balance sheet account reconciliations
• Contribute to overall business performance through supporting ad hoc financial analysis across functions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to understand business revenue performance and shape forecast and budget outlooks
• Provide regular income statement analysis to company leadership and assesses any unusual adjustments or transactions
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
• Prepare the monthly financial statement package, reviewed by company leadership and disbursed to key constituents including the bank and investors
• Support the annual audit process
• Manage the company’s cash through analysis of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and the overall cash cycle
• Prepare, analyze and summarize key financial information, trends, ratios and other metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process

Director of Finance Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
• 7+ years of experience accounting and financial management
• Bachelor’s degree (accounting or finance preferred)
• String systems experience
• Self-starter and independent collaborator
