Client:

My client is an amazing, growing restaurant brand with an incredible ethos! This is a brand new role for them, they’re looking for someone hands on that can bring loads of experience and enthusiasm to the job!

Key Responsibilities;

• Create, recommend and implement training programs and modules
• Work with management to understand individual targets and needs and ways to help them achieve this
• Report to senior management on ROI for training
• Develop an effective learning and development programme
• Responsible for the Training programme including writing, developing and designing content for all staff

Ideal Candidate:

• 7-10+ years restaurant training experience
• 5+ years ops services experience
• Strong communication skills
• Must be a current Director or VP level in Training
• Experience within an restaurant environment, corporate or franchise
