Role: Visual Designer - Remote
As a full-time remote Visual Designer, you'll be at the heart of creating captivating materials, presentations, and collateral for our Training and Events Departments. Additionally, you'll craft engaging content for our learning management systems and diverse EOS platforms, connecting with users all around the globe. Your creative touch will contribute to our instructional materials, ensuring the brand experience remains exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Training, Events, Marketing, Partnerships, and Tech teams to deliver exceptional materials and assets.
Create on-brand educational materials like manuals, workbooks, guides, PowerPoints, and presentations in collaboration with our training experts.
Showcase your artistic flair by designing captivating illustrations and collateral for various purposes.
Provide valuable input on UX/UI, supporting our website design team in delivering seamless experiences.
Develop visual elements and styles that resonate with our target audience.
Present your ideas and finalized designs to stakeholders and teams for review and feedback.
Play a role in curating EOS' library of digital assets while maintaining intellectual property standards.
Skills And Qualifications
A mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, unleashing your creativity to bring ideas to life.
An impressive portfolio showcasing successful designs in educational spaces.
Experience in UI/UX web design, creating compelling digital experiences.
A keen eye for innovation and creativity, pushing boundaries in design.
Previous experience collaborating with in-house, agency creative teams, or print houses.
Proficiency in both print and electronic media, ensuring versatile design capabilities.
A strong attention to detail, from design elements to grammar and intellectual property.
Ability to self-manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
Familiarity with EOS concepts and principles.
A bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, visual design, or a related field.
Direct experience in entrepreneurship or working for entrepreneurial organizations.
International graphic design experience, demonstrating global appeal.
SaaS marketing design expertise.
Familiarity with collaborative workspace tools like G-Suite and Slack.
