What You'll Do
As a Dispatch Supervisor, you'll be a crucial link between our field technicians and in-house team. Your role will involve overseeing and coordinating overnight dispatch tasks. Embrace the thrill of managing a variety of responsibilities and making a real impact. Your tasks will include:
Supportive Leadership: Guiding and assisting our dedicated field technicians.
Streamlined Operations: Ensuring efficient and timely task completion during your shift.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with both on-site and off-site colleagues.
Admin Expertise: Handling paperwork, including work orders, reports, and data management.
Tech-Savvy Skills: Utilizing tools like Google Docs, Excel Sheets, and other systems.
Available Shifts
Choose the shift that suits you best and enjoy the freedom of flexibility:
Day/Weekend Shifts: Options include 6am-2:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, and 2pm-10:30pm.
Your Qualifications
Previous dispatch experience is highly valued.
