Visual Brand Designer Jobs

Strong communication and project management skills

Partner directly with stakeholders and project managers to deliver on-brand, high-quality content and assets.

Produce low- and high-fidelity storyboards for video content. Experience with AfterEffects and motion graphics is a plus.

4+ years of design experience working with a marketing team. Preferably with a larger product/software company, or within an agency environment.

Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams.

Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily.

Be involved in the more complex strategic aspects of our brand design on an overarching and per-project basis.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

Manage art files and packaging mechanicals for core products and cases. Sync creative assets to digital assets management system.

Experience in CPG is preferred.

Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Experience working with packaging engineers for implementation of designs and transfer of visual assets.

Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.

Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements for optimal engagement.

Manage and organize digital assets, including video footage, images, and graphic elements.

Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas and contribute creative input.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, public relations, multimedia, graphic design, film production) or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience: 3-5+ years as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator and/or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Work across programs to define, maintain, and evolve the tools, processes, and communication around asset management.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in product design or UX.

Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in product design or UX.

- At least 5 years of experience in Brand designing

- Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication.

• Work side by side with creative managers, writers, and account managers to complete presentations

• Interpret complex information and concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and infographics

Lead in the development and design the Sphere brand identity for multi-platform rollout across web, print, mobile, merchandise etc.

Provide visual design and creative experiential thinking across a variety of projects from Sphere brand to marketing partnerships.
