Serve as a clinical consultant, supporting and guiding nursing staff.
Empower the team through in-service presentations and competencies on clinical nursing care and adult patient needs.
Collaborate with specialists to design, evaluate, and enhance nursing care programs.
Shape the future of our institution by contributing to new employee orientation programs.
Facilitate tailored in-services to address the ongoing educational needs of our nursing team.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based committees.

Qualifications
Current nursing licensure in the State of Michigan
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
Five (5) or more years of RN nursing experience, with four (4) years directly related to adult neurology patients in an acute care setting
Previous Charge Nurse, Preceptor, and/or committee work experience
