What You'll Do
Be an Innovator: Stay up-to-date with the latest national and international trends in implementation and improvement sciences, system refinement, and leadership development, and integrate these cutting-edge strategies into educational practices.
Drive Improvement: Assess needs and assets through an equity lens to enhance outcomes for diverse populations. Use data to guide continuous improvement processes, supporting practitioners in implementing evidence-based practices and policies.
Cultivate Relationships: Foster authentic and respectful relationships with all stakeholders, including critical perspectives, to guide and support implementation and system change efforts.
Facilitate Growth: Coach and develop individuals and teams responsible for change efforts, nurturing emerging leaders and creating space for innovative ideas.
About You
Educational Expertise: You hold a Master's degree and have a minimum of five years of teaching experience. Your experience in continuous improvement, implementation science, systems refinement, and the MICIP process and platform set you apart as a true educational expert.
Versatility: Your ability to work in diverse environments and with various stakeholders makes you a valued team player.
Enthusiastic Facilitator: You have a knack for designing and delivering engaging professional learning experiences that empower educators to excel.
Data-Driven: Utilizing observational data and formative assessments, you guide professional learning to ensure effective outcomes.
Organized and Proactive: You can manage time efficiently, work remotely, and take initiative to make a positive impact.
