Role Overview
As a Virtual Assistant for HCP, you are a vital part of the founding ops team of a startup within a startup. We are growing a newer business line within HCP and we’re looking for motivated go-getters that want to be a part of something great! Big opportunity to learn and grow as the business line goes from walk to run.
Our team is patient, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.
  • The start date for this role will be August 30 or September 13**
What You Do Each Day
  • 5% - Team meetings
  • Become a crucial part of our Pros business by answering phones on the Pros behalf and scheduling appointments for a variety of home services.
  • 10% - Outbound calls on behalf of our customers to follow up on leads, or schedule appointments
  • 75% - Inbound calls on behalf of our customers to schedule jobs and answer customer questions
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years professional experience
  • Startup mentality, willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by learning, helping others, and achieving goals
  • What will help you succeed in this role:
  • High achiever, someone who is willing to go above and beyond on a daily basis
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with our customers- owners or employees of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other businesses in the trades, as well as our customer’s customers
  • Team player who can effectively communicate and work with others

Location Dependent information
This role is open to candidates and the expected compensation range for this role is $18/hour. The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
