SPANG Career Collective is seeking a visionary leader to join our client, Assure Neuromonitoring as VP of Sales & Business Development. As a relationship-based sales leader, you'll be responsible for nurturing and developing a high-performing sales team. Your strategic expertise will drive expansion plans across multiple states, verticals, and channels, cultivating new relationships with surgeons, clinics, and hospital groups. Your impact will be instrumental in scaling this rapidly growing company.
- Collaborate with the Client Experience team to achieve retention goals.
- Achieve annual growth targets for procedures individually and with the team.
- Manage the sales pipeline and analyze performance against growth targets.
- Partner with Operations and Client Experience teams to optimize sales processes.
- Build and develop a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Drive revenue growth through planning, scaling, directing, and evaluating sales efforts.
- Implement a strategic and consultative sales approach that adds value to surgeons and hospitals.
- Explore potential national channel programs with medical device distributors.
- Travel for key customer and partner meetings to build relationships.
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs.
- Identify new market opportunities and verticals.
- Provide feedback for improvement and problem-solving to management.
- Position our services effectively in a competitive landscape.
- Alignment with Assure's Corporate Vision and Values.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record as an innovative and successful player/coach sales leader.Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Effective verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, corporate sales planning, and channel management.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
