Job Description
  • Manage contract administration including terms, change requests, invoices, and progress payments, etc.
  • Oversee and manage issue resolution to protect the interest of the organization.
  • Drive a performance-based culture through the definition of, measurement of, and accountability to key performance indicators.
  • Maintain project budgets, schedule, costs, and pricing, ensuring delivery of a profitable project.
  • Establish and implement project objective and procedures.
  • Oversee day to day operations of assigned projects.
  • Provide high level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance for the project and team members.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to project estimates, schedules, and delivery milestones in accordance with best practices.
  • Routinely walk through projects, evaluate quality, and progress, and engage with employees to promote morale while enforcing the company’s vision and goals.
  • Implement systems and processes and policies and procedures to continuously improve efficiency and quality of overall project delivery.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Use the appropriate level of forethought and planning in decision making to assure project success.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for the sustainable energy industry and for business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, strong academic record and STEM degree preferred.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 10 years of business development experience with complex, clean energy solutions in the commercial and industrial marketplace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and excited to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Superior work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent into a high-performance team that scales quickly.
  • Proven ability to work with organizational leadership to build consensus around strategy and tactics.

Salary $175-000- $240,000
