Director Of Operations - Renewable Energy

This role reports directly to the C-Suite and will have the opportunity for growth as the company continues to expand in the market.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and oversee HSE between company and vendors
• Drive continuous improvement throughout Division
• Manager contract compliance and procurement of third-party services
• Manage team member, fleet and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance for HSE for company and onsite contractors
• Oversee P&L for Division

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (Master’s degree a bonus)
• Outstanding communication, data analysis and problem solving skills
• 6+ years of experience in Renewable Energy
• English proficiency (Spanish a bonus)
• Track record of accomplishments in continuous improvement
• Experience with international teams
