Role Summary
The Vice President of Sales LATAM will lead Sophos' sales efforts in Latin America. This position reports to the SVP of Sales and will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and channel partners to drive revenue growth and market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams and developing successful go-to-market strategies in the cybersecurity industry.

What You Will Do
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and channel partners to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers in the region
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in Latin America
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and market trends
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and competitive landscape in Latin America
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team that is capable of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction

What You Will Bring
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share in a sales leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience building and leading high-performance sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and competitive landscape in Latin America
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry, preferably in Latin America
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in the cybersecurity industry
