🌟 Vice President of Recruiting Operations🌟


As the Vice President of Nurse Recruitment, your role is crucial in overseeing the recruitment and hiring process of qualified nurses for your organization. You will play a key leadership role in developing strategies to attract and retain top nursing talent, ensuring that the healthcare facility has an adequate and skilled nursing staff to meet patient needs.


🔑Responsibilities:


  • Partnership & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and leadership, to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a visionary roadmap for the recruiting operations function, aligning with organizational goals and fostering innovation.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of recruiting professionals, driving collaboration and continuous growth.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in recruitment performance.


Qualifications:


  • Must have working experience in a Staffing Firm/Agency
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or related areas.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a history of implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Leadership experience working with Recruiters, Sales, and Operations
  • At least 10+ years of Healthcare Staffing Experience
