Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Provide leadership and direction to the operations team. This includes setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and motivating the team to achieve its goals.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulations. This includes ensuring that the company is meeting all applicable laws and regulations, and that it is taking steps to mitigate risk.
  • Develop and implement the company's operational strategy. This includes setting goals, developing plans, and allocating resources to ensure that the company's operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement the company's culture. This includes creating a positive and supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing the workforce, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving any operational issues that arise.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement. This includes finding ways to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve the quality of care.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. This includes working with clients, employees, regulatory agencies, and other partners.


Requirements


  • Must meet all health requirements
  • Must pass criminal background check and nursing license validation as required by state law
  • 2+years of experience in skilled home health and at least 10 years experience in Health Care with Industry relations
  • MBA Degree
  • Working knowledge of computers & software including E-Mar, Excel, Word, and MS Office is required
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elder population
  • Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
