Job Description
Summary


The Key Account team at Thnks is responsible for the top 80-100 accounts on our platform. The VP, Key Accounts position will be responsible for executing the client engagement strategy with the Key Account managers. In addition they will be responsible for leading and developing a team of managers and coordinators in a high growth environment. Their leadership will have a direct impact on the growth and maturity of the Key Account business at Thnks, the development of the team, and the Thnks core value of growing business with gratitude. This position reports into the SVP of Customer Experience.


Duties And Responsibilities


  • Team retention, development and growthExpand existing Key team client success skills and process
  • Develop custom career pathing roadmap for teamMaintain positive team morale and organizational culture
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships for growth
  • Maintain & strengthen relationships and increase utilization (Spend & Volume) of Thnks among existing Key client roster
  • Leverage data to maintain & expand financial projections of business and monthly/quarterly pacing
  • Evolve & enhance playbook to drive utilization through creative solutions (i.e. promotions, thought leadership content, events/conferences, etc.)
  • Creative thinking and innovative problem solving for both internal and external opportunities
  • Collaboration within the Revenue functions of the organization: Marketing & Sales
  • Develop annual strategic plans linking Thnks to clear and measurable business objectives
NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams in a high touch engagement model.Experience using Salesforce required
  • 10+ years of Client Success experience managing high profile clients - B2B preferred
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • 3+ years of experience managing account managers
  • Experience within a team selling environment and close partnership with an Account Management team
  • Experience building and managing teams within a B2B company in a hyper-growth environment

Quantitative:


  • Delivering 140% net retention (40% YoY growth among existing business) quarterly/annual
  • Exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual spend & revenue targets


Qualitative :


  • Strengthen client relationships with all Key accounts
  • Expand data driven planning/insights practice to drive business growth
  • Enhance positive culture of team/company with positive attitude and motivational approach to leadership
  • Drive expansion opportunities among existing clients (new teams/regions/divisions/etc.)
  • Develop account team’s skills to foster the professional growth of the team
  • Deliver annual strategic plans for all Key accounts
