- Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs
- Ensures compliance and keeps up to date with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
- Owns and manages the organization’s employee relations and recruiting budget
- Oversee the company's recruitment, interview, selection, hiring and onboarding process, and executes best practices for hiring, retention, and talent management, including D&I strategies
- Develop innovative L&D programs that provide employees at all levels of the organization enhancement opportunities
- Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management and employee experience
- Identifies key performance indicators for the organization’s human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organization’s success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
- Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of employee relations, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s or law degree highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- 10+ years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
