The Field Account Executive is one of the highest-impact roles in Aurea’s team. You will manage our most valuable client relationships and help lead our sales team–and our flat pay model means you won’t have to worry about chasing commissions or generating leads.

What You Will Be Doing


  • Close deals (if you think this is the hard part of a relationship-focused role, don’t bother applying)
  • Build and deepen lasting relationships with key executives at client companies
  • Gain buy-in for plans that deliver success through the Aurea platform

  • Becoming a deep technical product expert–we already have those
  • Managing the “full cycle” of sales (you get to skip to the best part)
  • Scrambling for leads and commissions


Vice President Of Global Sales Key Responsibilities


  • Pitch clients and connect them with Aurea’s product marketing experts
  • Conduct relationship-building meetings with key executives
  • Develop plans with client buy-in to deliver value and grow the account


Basic Requirements


  • 5+ years proven experience as a software sales executive
  • Current annual sales quota of $1M or more

Working with Crossover


This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
