• Assess existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Plan and execute improvement projects, including defining project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements
• Facilitate the strategic alignment, prioritization, and benefit analysis of submitted ideas for enterprise-wide projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure employees understand and embrace proposed changes by effectively communicating the benefits and rationale behind improvements
• Assist with metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to process improvement
• Provide training and ongoing support to employees during the transition
• Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the impact of changes on key business outcomes
• Collaborate with senior management to define the organization's continuous improvement strategy and goals
