Vice President Jobs

As an Vice President you are responsible for managing the Community Services division including program administration, program quality, and associate management. You will:

• Assist with the development of individualized training plans for direct reports and ensure compliance with training requirements for all program employees.
• Support and supervise the Regional Directors over services to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
• Oversee administrative processes across all service areas
• Make on-site visits to each Regional office on a regular basis (as directed by Executive Leadership) to monitor compliance and address needed follow-through by regional management
• Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of services as they relate to Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Senior Services
• Develop budgets and adhere to established budgets meeting qualified personnel requirements to best allocate resources to increase effectiveness and efficiency of program operations
• Ensure programs operate with a sense of urgency in providing oversight of health, medical, supervision and compliance issues

We think you’d be great for this role if you have:

• OR
• A bachelors degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing or closely related human services field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
• A Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing or closely related human services field with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
