If so, this may be your dream job. BEN is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to take ownership of the administration and HR functions across offices, domestically and internationally. This role is ideal for a proactive and innovative trailblazer to partner with a growing Human Resources team to drive change and continually push for improvement across the organization.


Responsibilities


  • Partner with the BEN Recruiting Team to build on current practices of attracting and retaining best-in-class talent
  • Facilitate the development and execution of significantly enhanced talent management and retention strategies and processes
  • Provide sound employee relations advice
  • Frequent travel to remote offices, particularly in the UK and New York
  • Serving as a member of the BEN HR Leadership Team
  • Providing counsel on employee relations strategy, including investigation of issues, state/government programs and compliance with legal requirements, disciplinary actions, development & coaching support
  • Partner with the CHRO in identifying, cultivating and driving key Talent Management initiatives to include leadership development, talent and performance management, change management, and workforce and succession planning
  • Effectively partner senior leadership on key issues, regional support, and business strategy
  • Partner/lead on effectively delivering HR programs and initiatives
  • Oversee the HR Business Partner team, supporting and driving initiatives and efficient processes, in the areas of learning/training, leadership, performance and succession, talent acquisition/recruiting organizational development efforts
Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced environment ( Information Technology, SAAS, AI Technology)
  • Knowledge of local, state and federal employment law including ERISA, FLSA, and EEO
  • HR Project management experience, with consistent and timely follow through
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Needs strong change management, analytical skills, operational partnership skills, teambuilding, relationship orientation, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and frequent interruptions
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong PC skills, primarily Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

In addition to the expected range listed, this role will be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and location.
