Key Responsibilities
As our Vice President of Human Resources, you'll lead and innovate in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and more. You'll drive the HR strategy forward, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including knowledge of California and Federal employment laws. HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.

Join us in our vibrant Santa Barbara office or opt for a hybrid remote/in-office setup in one of our five counties – Santa Barbara, Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, or Ventura.
Compensation
Your talents are valued, and we offer an annualized starting pay range of $95,000 to $115,000, with the potential to reach up to $119,500 based on experience and responsibilities.
