Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the VP Global Channel Businesses is responsible for the development of a network of partners to represent our client's product lines in the hospitality, education and health care markets. This person will also be responsible for the development and direction for establishing OEM accounts, dealers, VAR’s, as well as re-establishing private label accounts. The VP, Global Channel Businesses will create and implement a strategy to develop nationwide and international partner networks including government markets to include: identifying, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, training, and managing. In addition, the VP Global Channel Businesses is responsible for maintaining high performing teams and building and maintaining channel partners to support direct sale account managers

The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work very independently. Effectively manage priorities and a high volume of initiatives with a genuine sense of urgency. He/she will be confident and assertive, establishing themselves as an expert in this marketplace and a strong leader in the organization.

Excellent listening and verbal communication skills are required. The candidate must set the pace of his/her organization and set an example regarding work ethic, results, and performance. Effectively communicating to every level of employee is critical.
