Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial and high-impact Vice President of Finance. You will lead our Corporate Accounting, Credit and Collections and Internal Audit teams. You will play a vital role in the continued success and growth of our company by guiding strategic and financial planning, investment and risk decisions with the CFO and Executive Team Members. Build and execute on Finance’s strategic agenda – some key focus areas include support of new business development, design of Finance department structure for growth, productivity, and pricing/profitability.

Creates clear and complex process designs to support new hypergrowth businesses and builds appropriate accounting structure, operational finance processes and control environment, with technology enhancements.
What You Will Do And Impact
  • Guide strategic planning and investment tracking/evaluation with CFO and finance business partners to help our company achieve short and long-term revenue and profit goals.
  • Develop a data-driven finance organization to proactively inform business decisions and manage risk including the creation of critical performance metrics, financial results, trend analysis and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with business leadership and key corporate teams to ensure all financial needs are met (e.g. facilitate contracting and credit for new business) and collaborate with LOB and IT leadership to develop operating/IT structure to support new and growing businesses.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team to deliver results aligned with company, line of business and team objectives and key results.
  • Lead the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and internal control development with business leaders, CFO, and Audit Committee, including our SOC process.
  • Drive budgeting, financial planning and forecasting with Finance Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and our Executive Team.
Experience
  • Depth of expertise in accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, forecasting and modeling, tax, strategic planning, and audit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Track record of success and history of positive impact aligned with company and department goals
  • Leadership of Finance teams in high-growth large and small to mid-sized companies
  • General management of a division or line of business
  • Manager/Senior Manager position in public accounting (preferably Big 4 experience)
  • Successfully influences and collaborates with leaders at all levels across the company
  • 15+ years of leadership experience including:
  • CPA certification
