Job Description

As a senior leader of the Milwaukee Brewers front office, the Senior Vice President – Ticket Sales and Service will be responsible for leading a high performing team and building a culture that focuses on hard work, recognition, and professional development. This position will also develop short- and long-term strategies that directly impact the overall growth of ticket sales and revenue attributable to the Brewers’ ticket sales department, among other responsibilities.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Work in coordination with Brewers Business Analytics to design and implement ticket pricing and product bundling strategies, and to develop annual attendance and ticket revenue models.
  • Identify and develop new product opportunities for unmet customer needs / wants and encourage continuous improvement of the existing product group(s) in terms of quality, performance, packaging, profitability, and cost reduction.
  • Provide strategic insight based on market research and competitor analysis to deliver variability and dynamic pricing recommendations for seating inventory for all ticket plans and individual games.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in ticket sales, as well as a history of top revenue production and prior management experience. Candidates with previous experience in sports and/or live entertainment are preferred.
