Job Description

The Opportunity

We are serving a leading steel and fiberglass exterior door manufacturer based in the Midwest region with a national presence. They generate $50 Million in revenue through organic growth while still maintaining a humble family-first culture. They provide innovative custom solutions to a diverse customer base of 1- and 2-step distributors and door pre-hangers throughout the United States. How you will make an impact:

As the Senior Vice President, you will be accountable for all facets of the client’s business unit as well as responsible for determining monthly/annual strategic business goals and executing these goals through the management team. This role will require collaboration across teams to ensure the execution of high-quality work and deliverables. You will partner with the VP of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies while building competitive and market intelligence around product, reputation, pricing, and market dynamics. Lastly, you will oversee the operations, distribution of products, and development of systems to ensure efficiency and optimization.


What you need to be successful:

  • Success in new market penetration and innovation of new products
  • Prior experience as a president or vice president leading sales, product innovation, operations, engineering, and automated manufacturing
  • Experience in metal stamping manufacturing business; history of custom and made-to-order manufacturing
  • Technical savviness( automation, robotics, ERP)
  • Strong financial acumen with prior experience managing a P&L and establishing strategic financial goals for the business
