Beginning operations in North America early 2000, our client continues to experience tremendous growth year after year leading the industry standard in providing sustainable monthly donor acquisition solutions for many non-for-profit charities through face-to-face Fundraising. We initiate new donor relationships for our clients through our professional fundraisers & prospecting teams, producing top quality results.
Qualifications
Strategically manage all client relationships and account management. Our ideal candidate would have a strong background in client management, possess problem solving skills, be solution oriented, can strategically and professionally represent our brand to our clients across North America successfully retaining business year over year.
Responsibilities:
The role will focus on building client relationships in the non-for-profit sector to continue to strengthen our client portfolio and maintain a consistent flow of programs for our continuously expanding field force. Manage the Client Services Department servicing our existing and new clients. Ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained to produce measurable business results.
- Main contact point for all client relationships focusing on building loyalty and retention
- Develop and lead programs to assist clients in enhancing donor retention
- Onboard new clients
- Client portfolio management
- Execute the annual client satisfaction research
- Work with the Vice President Operations to develop the client acquisition programs
- Provide program analytics to clients e.g., volumes, retention etc.
- Manage the operational budget reporting and tracking
- Manage and develop Client Services team
Education/Experience Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and within a Team environment
- Financial acumen (ability to develop business plan and execute)
- Flexible nature, able to constantly travel (North America) and handle rapid change gracefully
- Knowledge in the non-for-profit charity sector, specifically face-to-face Fundraising.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior client relationship/management role with a focus on building and maintaining outstanding client relations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent networking, organizational and management skills
- University or College degree (Marketing or Commerce) is an asset
- Experience within the charity sector
