Job Description

Mission:

CenTrak seeks a proactive and visionary Vice-President, Business Transformation who will be pivotal in guiding the organization toward operational efficiency, commercial growth, productivity, and process excellence. Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for promoting and successfully implementing lean and innovative practices within the organization. The Vice-President of Business Transformation will lead, develop, and grow the business transformation teams in alignment with CenTrak's strategic and operational objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a lean and innovation practitioner team.
  • Develop lean and innovative talent for the organization.
  • Lead a team of practitioners in support of both lean and innovation processes.
  • Build and utilize a community of certified lean practitioners to drive awareness, interest, and usage of lean & innovation tools.
  • Provide formal and informal lean training and coaching at all levels and at Gemba.
  • Develop and implement a lean and innovation transformation roadmap.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in lean and innovation principles, facilitating best practice sharing and benchmarking.
  • Align lean and innovation efforts with Strategy Deployment and KPI priorities.
  • Support Innovation initiatives and Innovation direct reports as an experienced lean practitioner.
  • Advance lean and innovation capabilities by leveraging lean playbooks and corresponding action plans.
  • Drive improved KPI performance through training, coaching, and application of lean and innovation tools.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about continuous improvement, teaching, and coaching.
  • Proven results with Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Driven to improve businesses and processes.
  • Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as supply chain, engineering, business, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement and/or leadership in a lean environment.
