What To Expect
We are looking for a talented, experienced UX Copywriter to join our growing Digital Content team based in Fremont. We are a Digital Content Strategy and Management team responsible for producing, maintaining and optimizing web and mobile content. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing across the digital experience for web, native app and more. The candidate will work cross-functionally with UX Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and the rest of the Digital Content team in a fast-paced environment. The focus of this candidate will be to use copy to bring solutions, ease and usability across our digital products.
What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the style guide for educating copy and consistency in language
• Write and edit copy that is user focused across our digital products to help users
• Be an advocate to bring standardization, consistency and creativity of copy across our platforms and products and to align with business objectives
• Work with UX Design, Product Managers, Engineers and other Content Specialists in a fast-paced environment to iterate UI and UX copy and bring concepts to production
• Manage and prioritize workload of multiple projects in parallel
• Collaborate with team members to incorporate and reiterate based on feedback
• Define copy standardization and expand UX writing best practices to expedite UX writing across all platforms for scalability and accessibility
• Conduct customer research to focus on and advocate for users in each flow

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience of UX copy or content design for web, app and email
• Ability to work cross-functionally on multiple projects
• Portfolio of writing samples including interface copy, emails, style guides
• Proactively finding solutions and attentive to detail
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience

Expected Compensation
$64,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
