The digital organization is growing! There has never been a more exciting time to join this dynamic team, as we shape the future of Verizon's digital home sales strategy. Reporting to the Director of Digital Home Sales & Marketing for Verizon's Consumer Group, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a team of digital product & experience managers at the forefront of transforming our digital ecosystem via the design & implementation of critical growth strategies & programs directly impacting the success of the business. This leadership role will set the strategic direction for their team, identifying and implementing strategies to increase revenue, reduce cost, enable impactful personalization, and enhance the digital experience for both new & existing customers for Verizon's Home Internet products & services (FWA & Fios).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing multiple, simultaneous digital/technical work streams, liaising with key stakeholder teams for planning, knowledge management & standards development that can support scalability and efficiency.
  • Driving continual evolution & enhancement of our e-commerce presence to drive conversion that leads to strong sales, revenue growth & customer retention outcomes for the channel & business.
  • Regularly present results, progress & program status at all leadership levels.
  • Partnering closely with design, marketing, engineering & finance to ensure initiatives & outcomes are aligned cross functionally with macro business goals & strategies.
  • Enabling culture, growth & clarity among your team, having a lens on people leadership, development & overall support.
  • Leading a team through complex initiatives with multiple components including research and insights, business case development, competitive analysis, ongoing key performance tracking & management, and development & implementation of key digital solutions that cross multiple channels.
  • Defining & owning the digital strategy & roadmap inclusive of planning, prioritization & overseeing execution/ delivery of new digital e-commerce capabilities, enhancements & experiences that improve key performance indicators.
What we're looking for...

You are an action oriented, results driven professional with a history of achievement operating in a fast paced environment.
You'll need to have:
  • Experience and comfort using analytical methods/models to create project analysis & recommendations.
  • Background in digital, e-commerce, marketing and/or product management either in a business, agency or consulting organization.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong storytelling, business acumen & ability.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
  • Ability to understand digital trends across industries and apply those impacts to our business.
  • Experience using analytical methods to create project analysis and recommendation support.
  • Experience creating road maps and detailed financial business cases for change, specifically developing robust business cases to support and prioritize new concepts/opportunities.
  • An MBA or higher degree in Digital Marketing and Media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the creation/delivery of succinct executive-level presentations to communicate vision and concepts/opportunities to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong quantitative skills in financial assessment of monetization models & data analytics; skilled at data-driven decision making.
  • Working application of data systems such as Qlik, Adobe Analytics & Tableau.
  • Experience in the digital space, marketing and/or product management either in a business, agency or consulting organization.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
  • Insight and practical knowledge of home technologies, products and services and the overall ecosystem.

If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $123,000.00 and $249,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
