a day in the life: what you’ll do
This is a new role within a growing team, with a sharp focus on product storytelling. The Digital Brand Experience Manager should be a strategic thinker that understands how to create content and experiences across a multitude of digital platforms and channels. The day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Own and oversee the execution of the digital brand experience strategy across priority channels (eCommerce, App, in-store digital)
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure business alignment and maximize digital growth
  • Support in the creation of the multi-year global digital content strategy
  • Lead the production of elevated product storytelling content
  • Measure and report on the impact of digital brand experience initiatives, including identifying learnings that enable optimizations to future work.
  • Support the delivery of the Digital Brand Experience Content Playbook to guide consistent digital experiences across the regions, allowing for regionalization and localization as needed.
  • Lead agency and vendor relationships that support the digital brand experience priorities
  • Engage, align, and enroll key stakeholders as a leading voice for the power of digital storytelling within lululemon
qualifications
  • Experience leading and managing 2+ people
  • 5+ years of experience leading digital content production (studio, campaign, .com, etc.) with internal and external creative production partners.
  • 7+ years of experience working with a brand or creative/marketing/digital agency
  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible
  • Desire to stay on the pulse of digital trends and conversations, leading through innovation
  • Ability to interpret internal and external opportunities or roadblocks, quickly identifying areas for optimization and resolution.

Compensation and Benefits Package
For California Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in California is from annually; the base pay offered is $97,800 to $128,300 USD based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering subject to program eligibility requirements.
