Mondelez International USA is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Data Analyst to work within a cross-functional team and agency network to collect, manage, and analyze valuable consumer data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consumer data platforms, data collection, data management, business intelligence, and quantitative analysis. The primary goal of this role is to increase digital media ROI across the organization by improving media effectiveness.


This individual will work within a cross-functional team reporting the Senior Manager, Consumer Data Activation, USA.


Responsibilities:


  • Use business intelligence tools to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Be an ambassador of consumer data agenda, actively coach and democratize expertise across the marketing community and beyond.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement data collection and management plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Manage a cross-functional team and agency network in data collection, data management, and data analysis.
  • Analyze and interpret consumer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities across the entire consumer journey for our brands and categories.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and provide insights to identify trends, insights, and opportunities across the entire consumer journey.


Requirements


  • Experience in driving digital media ROI improvements across the organization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer data activation, consumer data strategy development, quantitative analysis, and business intelligence.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
