Location:Summit, NJ (Hybrid)

:

·Bachelor's degree inDesign,Human Computer Interaction,User Experienceor Computer Science preferred, or related work experience

·5+ years of experiencewith Figma,Adobe Creative Suite, InVision,Webflowand other related user interface tools

·3+ years of experiencecommunicating visual design and UX needs with coders developers

·Experience withaccessibility and assistive technology testing toolslikeJAWS, NVDA,VoiceOver, Talkback, and othersassistive tools

·Experience with working collaboratively with product teams to develop,maintain, and implement applications followingregulations, standards, and best practices

·Proficient in multiple user experience disciplines (Research, Design, Engineering), techniques, and processes

·Experience designingwithin anAgile software development organization

·Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, and the ability to present ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information clearly

·Expert infacilitatingremediation of accessibility issues with little guidance

·Responds well to direction, embraces feedback, andchampionschange

·Displays a dependable, strong work ethic
