Head Of Product Management & Ux/Ui

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management and UX/UI to lead the dynamic Product and UX/UI teams of a top food ecommerce business. As the head of these departments, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy for the core e-commerce DTC business while driving innovation and direction for emerging lines like B2B and gifting. This high-impact position reports directly to the President and presents a unique opportunity to influence the Company's trajectory and growth significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to define and align on a robust product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization using structured thinking and established frameworks.
• Act as both a leader and owner when needed, taking charge of product requirements and user story development, tracking essential user experience metrics and A/B testing outcomes, and measuring product success through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• In this role, you will oversee essential projects such as leading the launch of new brands, website redesign, and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive UX/UI strategy and vision that aligns perfectly with the company's brand identity, target audience, and business objectives.

Who you are:

• 10+ years of experience in product management and UX design, including at least 5+ years of successful team management and development.
• Proficiency in utilizing a variety of design, research, and prototyping methods to explore, evaluate, and refine product ideas. Bonus points for experience in product/design tools build vs. buy evaluation and decision-making.
• Strong analytical decision-making skills, adeptness in A/B testing, familiarity with headless e-commerce, and experience working in Agile environments with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in building, launching, and managing consumer-facing digital products within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
