Job Overview: We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI Designer you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our healthcare payments platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and UX designers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging designs. Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user interface designs.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide design support during the development process.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design system.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the enhancement of the overall user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Knowledge of current UI design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Proven experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare payments is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
