We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Dental Claims Processors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to navigate various computer systems, ensuring accurate verification of dental insurance coverage and entering essential claims information. Responsibilities
Investigate and verify dental insurance coverage by efficiently navigating through multiple computer screens/programs.
Enter required claim information into the system, adhering to established guidelines for payment processing.
Collaborate with internal resources to resolve errors and reach out to providers for any missing information.
Process electronic claims (EMC) and diligently work on all related reports.
Identify and promptly communicate data entry problems or unusual claims to the examiner or technician.
Complete specific errored claims following prescribed procedures.
Adhere to HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies, and other relevant corporate and departmental guidelines.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company business at all times.
Foster effective communication with management, keeping them informed of developments within your assigned responsibilities.
Undertake special projects as required or requested.
