Loan Payment Processor

Will be performed on-site in Plano, TX

Salary $16/hr.

Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Mon -Fri

About The Loan Payment Processor Role

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for providing accurate and timely handling of requests for payment research, customer over payments, account maintenance and corrections to monetary transactions. Candidates will be responsible for researching financial transactions in multiple TFS and third-party systems such as: Retail Host, Lease Host, Lease Exchange, Lease suspense, FastData (3 rd party), OSCAR, Chase_-Vault, and more. Additional research functions will be performed on NSF checks received. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working with banking statements.

Requirements

• Basic Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook & Word
• Good written communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to reconcile financial transactions
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles, including debit and credit functions
• Thorough understanding of how financial transactions are completed in multiple TFS systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in bookkeeping or banking is highly preferred
