Mid Atlantic Finance is looking to hire an organized, efficient, full-time Receptionist/Payment Processor for this entry-level position in our Houston, TX location. If you describe yourself as bright, friendly, yet professional, we are looking for you! Someone who works well with co-workers and has strong computer and organizational skills.

We are looking for an individual who is professional, pleasant with an outgoing personality. Be willing to learn new ideas, procedures, and concepts while working in a fast paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Responds to basic customer (internal and external) service requests.
• Balances cash drawer at end of each day.
• Provides Receptionist Duties (as needed).
• Assists with sorting all incoming mail that is received and distributes it to proper personnel.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable.
• Processes customer payments accurately.

What You'll Need:

• Attention to detail imperative.
• Ability to multi-task and work in challenging situations.
• A/P and/or A/R experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual is desired but not required.
• Exceptional Internal (teamwork) and External Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
• Excellent speed and accuracy in data entry and balancing.
