Training & Sales Manager - Entry Level

The Entry Level Training & Sales Manager qualifies prospective customers through targeted questioning to identify core needs regarding the protection of their portfolio. The role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Entry Level Training & Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Continued education in promotional sales techniques and client campaign development, promotional knowledge
• Identify promotional sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluations
• Meet with potential new leads as well as existing customers
• Learn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development with an assigned promotional sales manager
• Mentorship of the existing team and potential new team members
• For local campaigns ensure to prove compliant for our clients and research the territory assigned
• Relationship building and representation of client brands in a professional manner
• Promote multiple promotional sales campaigns and manage existing accounts
• Attend promotional sales meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly

Entry Level Training & Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Ability to work well in teams
• Previous experience in market research or other related fields
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
