Overview The Entry Level Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing employees. They are responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, developing training plans, and ensuring that all training programs are effective and up-to-date. Detailed Job Description The Entry Level Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing employees. They are responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, developing training plans, and ensuring that all training programs are effective and up-to-date. They must also be able to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary changes to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the organization. The Entry Level Training Manager must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including management, employees, and external vendors.
